NFT Fractionalization - NFT is the word of the year 2021 and are unique cryptographic tokens that exist on a blockchain and cannot be replicated. But to be honest, it is not everyone's cup of tea due to its high prices and other requirements to become a holder, making retail investors and buyers have gloomy thoughts about it. Solution makers are everywhere, and NFT Fractionalization was invented.

NFT Fractionalization is an easy way for buyers and investors to invest a smaller sum of money to gain fractional ownership of the NFT

As a creator, asset owner you can use this technology to mint tokenized fractions of NFTs so that they can distribute ownership of their asset to a wider community that includes small-to-medium investors or buyers.

An NFT which is an ERC-721 token can easily be fractionalized into many ERC20 tokens and each can be sold individually at a much more affordable price.
